4. Returns & Refunds

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• For quality issues, submit an uncut unboxing video within 48 hours.
• Refunds are credited within 5-7 business days after approval.
• Non-returnable items: Innerwear, lingerie, and marked "Final Sale" products.

5. Product Accuracy

• We strive for accuracy, but colors/fabrics may slightly vary due to screen settings.
• In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel orders.
