Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all addresses within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take 3-5 business days to process
  • You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships

Standard Shipping

3-7 business days after processing

Free on orders above ₹999 | ₹49 for orders below ₹999

Express Shipping

2-4 business days after processing

Flat rate of ₹99 | Available for select pin codes

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Available for most locations

Additional ₹29 COD charge applies

Order Tracking

  • You'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order ships
  • Track your order through our Order Status page or carrier's website
  • Delivery attempts will be made twice before returning to sender

Important Notes

  • Products will be delivered in 7 days
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees
  • Rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
  • During festivals/sales, processing may take an extra 1-2 days
  • We're not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing order
  • Address changes can only be made within 2 hours of ordering
  • Incorrect addresses may result in delayed or failed delivery

Undeliverable Packages

Packages may be returned to us if:

  • Address is incorrect/incomplete
  • Three delivery attempts fail
  • Recipient refuses delivery

In such cases, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply) or issue a refund.
